Content Management Systems

The content management system (or CMS) we use is Joomla. Joomla is an open sourced program that can be installed and configured on your web server. Because Joomla is open sourced there are developers all over the world continually working on new applications and updates for it. Custom functionality that can be integrated into the Joomla CMS includes but is not limited to: shopping carts, payment integration, blogs, polls, calendars, event planners and more. Aside from all these amazing extensions that can be applied to the CMS we also recommend this solution to anyone that wants to be able to edit their websites themselves but has no previous web page editing experience. The Joomla system has a back end where users can login and make changes and updates in a very user-friendly interface similar to Microsoft Word. Some training is always required to be able to make updates yourself and the training you need will depend on your own technical abilities and understanding.

Domains

Most businesses will already have their website domain registered (www.yourdomain.com) but for the ones that don't have one yet we are here to help! We can search for the best possible domain name for your website, check availability and register the domain for you. Our domain services include management of your domain so you can focus on your day to day business and let us stay on top of the website technical details for you. The domain registration and renewal fees are applicable every year, two years or five years depending on how long you would like us to register the domain name for you. The difference between our domain services and the competition? We do not own your domain, you do. We simply manage and maintain it for you. If at any time in the future you want to manage your own domain or have another company take it over there are no penalties or charges by our company to move it. Many other companies charge outrageous fees when you want to take control over your domain so be careful who you choose to manage your online presence.

Web Hosting & Email

In order to have your web pages viewed on the world wide web (www) they must be connected to it. If you already have your web hosting provider in place you do not need to switch providers in order to work with us, we can work with your existing web host. If you want to switch or have no hosting at all then no worries because we have a great plan to suit your company's hosting needs. Our web hosting server is connected to the world wide web via tier-1 bandwidth (the best connection) so your pages load fast and experience no down time. All our hosting plans include email address accounts by POP3 or forwarding, statistic tracking softwares so you can track the traffic of your web pages and we also provide technical support by phone and email. Our plans are paid monthly or one year in advance and you can switch providers at any time.

Search Engine Optimization

So what is Search Engine Optimization (or as it's also known by it's abbreviation SEO)? Well the simple answer is: it is how the search engines such as Google read and rank your pages. After search engine optimizing websites for many years we have picked up a lot of tips and tricks along the way to apply to your website. Not all businesses are eligible for these services but as long as your business has a good financial background and your product / service is not on the prohibited list you will probably have no problem being approved when arranging your merchant service account through us. Payment Processing

You do not need to have a merchant services account to accept payments from your customers, another very easy method of payment processing is PayPal. Let's clear up one major misconception about PayPal right here, your customers do not need to have a PayPal account to pay you with their credit card. PayPal is set up so that your customers can pay using their credit cards through the online payment system. Regardless of what method you chose for accepting payments we can integrate it into your website for you. If you have your own pictures then that's even better! We always request your pictures in their original format so we can have the original picture to work with. We use our photo editing softwares to crop, format, re-size and optimize your pictures for the web. Only have hard copies? No problem, we can scan them, edit, retouch and use those on your website. The important thing to remember is that you can not expand a picture to make it bigger but you can always shrink it down. What happens when you try to make a picture larger? Well it gets blurry and pixilated and loses it's crisp, clear image.
